During the Green Datacenter Conference, Stijn Grove talked to Edgar van Essen, Managing Director of Switch Datacenters, and Matthijs van den Berg, Alderman for Sustainability at the Municipality of Diemen, about the plans for the new data heat project in Diemen.
The Municipality of Diemen and Switch Datacenters will jointly investigate whether the residual heat from the data center on the Treubweg can be used in the near future as an alternative for heating homes and businesses in Diemen.
